Marjorie is absolutely incredible! She was so excited to cook for a group of friends and myself for a special birthday. She listened to what I had envisioned for the evening and executed beyond what I could have imagined. She was so kind to check in often and ensure the night went smoothly. She is incredibly talented, gluten free and you would not even know it. We were visiting from out of town and I won’t be able to stop dreaming of her Nutella bread pudding! Why We Do This

Good Health Gourmet began when our founder was diagnosed with Celiac disease. After seeing the abysmal options that were available to the community, Chef Marjorie dedicated herself to creating gluten free food that people genuinely looked forward to eating. What started in her own kitchen grew into a commitment to thoughtful recipe development, careful sourcing, and a deep respect for the people we serve.

Today, our menu reflects that philosophy - elevated meals and baked goods made with care, and meant to be enjoyed without hesitation or fear.
